WHY THIS WORKSHOP?
A mix of presentation and case study exercises, this workshop introduces some of the key concepts of effective Supply Chain Management from a Supplier, Customer and end user perspective, which will assist in the implementation of Value Creation and Cost Efficiency initiatives. The aim is for attendees to develop a broad understanding of SCM principles and to equip them with tools and techniques that can be implemented to enable improved and effective management of supply chains and support optimal business performance
